1. Intro Call

When you book your intro call, we’ll ask for your address and a few photos of your home so we can come prepared with ideas and insight that honor your time.
During the call, we’ll get to know your goals, hear your story, and explore what lighting could look like for your home.

2. On-Site Design Session
This is where the real collaboration begins.
We always start with a genuine conversation—getting to know you, your vision, and your priorities. From there, we’ll walk the property together and begin shaping the design. Whether it’s subtle elegance or bold transformation, we’ll create a plan that reflects your home’s full potential.

3. Pre-Install Planning
With the design complete, we move straight into making sure your home is install-ready.
We’ve already identified the needs; now it’s just a matter of knocking them out. From power prep to landscape adjustments, we handle the final touches so everything’s ready when the crew rolls in. It’s just one more way we ensure your system gets the precision it deserves.

4. Installation Day
Our Install Team shows up ready to go.
We work with precision and care, keeping you in the loop throughout the entire install. From start to finish, our focus is on craftsmanship, cleanliness, and delivering a system that elevates your home night after night.

5. Post-Install Walkthrough
Once your system has had a little time to settle in, we’ll return for a post-install walkthrough—typically within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on your schedule.
This visit is our way of showing we don’t just finish jobs—we stand by them. Most systems don’t need tweaks, but we’ll walk the property with you to ensure everything is just as it should be. Because around here, relationships matter.
